Gonzalez and Serrano Law Office (MVGS Law), a well respected law firm
in the Philippines with expertise in litigation and
corporate/commercial practice. Legal Alliance is backed by a
group of respected lawyers who have provided legal services to some of
the largest Philippine corporations and foreign
corporations/multinationals doing business in the
Philippines. In
the course of providing such legal services, Legal Alliances’
legal experts have had significant experience in cross border
transactions involving the laws of foreign jurisdictions especially
those of the US, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia.
Constant collaboration with foreign corporations and established law
firms in the US, UK, Canada and Australia and the like has given the
